Lorraine Marshall

Lorraine Marshall has been a senior manager in social work for over 30 years. In addition to statutory and other responsibilities she developed and implemented strategic initiatives including a highly successful multi-agency Edge of Care Service that achieved a reduction of children coming into care.

Lorraine led and managed, an international and national recruitment campaign, which resulted in increasing permanent staff. She led the transformation and redesign of MASH and front door services and has proved to be a highly effective member of the Service Director leadership team.
