What We Do

We partner with councils and their partners at every stage of the improvement and transformation journey:

• Transformation—supporting the implementation of national reforms, including the Children’s Social Care reforms, SEND reforms, and adults’ social care transformation
• Service Improvement—targeted support to strengthen practice, close performance gaps, and prepare for inspection
• Quality Assurance—designing and embedding QA systems that drive learning, accountability, and better outcomes
• Budget & Strategic Planning—aligning financial strategies with service priorities, demand pressures, and reform requirements
• Education Services—school improvement, SEND strategy, inclusion, early years, and post-16 transitions
