Sessions are typically based on a; relate, review, reflect, refocus model. This is held with the intent of celebrating wins, learning from results and identifying next steps.
Learning how to manage and progress your role, and your career will likely require learning new skills, which can include: the development of behavioural approach, support in identifying innovation and develop new ways of thinking which encourages risk taking, leading to creative solutions using your strengths to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
Having worked with high levels of scrutiny, within the public and private sector, Elaine also understands the need for pace and purpose when being required to improve. Equally the need for sustaining that improvement even when outstanding is reached – there is continuous improvement requirement.
