An experienced transformation professional who has led the development and implementation of transformation programmes in Childrens Social Care, SEND, Early Intervention and Education in 11 LA’s, Children’s Trusts, and London Boroughs, providing direct support to 14 DCS’s and CEO’s, working closely with 1.5.1 officers to ensure sustainable cost savings and budget stability.

Experience includes collaboration with DfE and Childrens Commissioners, advising a City Mayors office, re-development of 2 underperforming SEND Safety Valve and 1 Delivering Best Valve plans and consistently delivering cashable savings of between £5m-£15m pa. with methodologies rolled out across several councils.

Passionate in improvement within a sustainable budget I was a member of the Executive Management Team of an alternative delivery model which came out of statutory intervention, delivering £10m cost savings, described by DfE as a unique achievement.

Assistant Director roles include Intervention, Commissioning, and Transport and have a sleeve’s approach to up change management.

Earlier career included operations and finance roles in global FTSE 100 companies, including the MD and leading £100m+ cost reduction programmes and a NED to Education and charitable organisations.
