Lynn McIntosh

Lynn has over 25 years’ experience as a Social worker and Senior Manager. Lynn has a proven background both Strategically and Operationally in Quality Assurance, Exploitation and Missing. This includes service diagnostics, per review and evaluation.

Lynn has designed and implemented bespoke and dedicated service responses and teams for supporting children and young people who are exploited and experience missing episodes, services for Missing and Exploited children, leading and organising large scale multi agency investigations into criminal and sexual exploitation.

Some of her work has attracted both local and national recognition including Commendations for her work with victims and survivors of exploration. Further, designed referral pathways, operating models, tools and approaches for practitioners.
