Terry Reynolds

Terry Reynolds has been a Director of Education in four separate authorities, including a county council, unitary authorities and a London borough.  He has had responsibility for capital projects, place planning and admissions, SEND services, schools and early years, the virtual school, attendance, governors and EHE services, and schools’ forums.

He has provided expert advice to members and other senior authority officer on all matters to do with education.  He has also worked on secondment for the DfE.
